- If you feel sick in any way, you will need to follow all necessary guidelines to cancel, prior to your arrival and if you know you are sick please do not book.
PLEASE be sure to read all information before proceeding.I DO NOT WORK BEHIND ANYBODY ELSE'S WORK - please do not book any service if I did not provide the work, unless you are booking for a trim. You do not have to receive any other service just for a trim.There are no EXTRA GUESTS or KIDS allowed at the time of your appointment in the Salon. NO EXCEPTIONS.
I will offer 1 consultation about fixing, tightening , reapplying etc., only one time. This option is only available for clients I have serviced. You cannot find errors and expect change weeks from the time of your appointment and expect free services. Each client is left satisfied and very pleased (asked before departure) Each appointment is done with the clients' cooperation and visual from beginning to end. If there is something that can be fixed, please use the time during or immediately after the style is finished to do so. There will not be multiple occasions for the same issue. Maintenance work is an option, which is a service that I offer; if you feel more works need to be done please choose that as an option.
Location will be included in your initial(1st) email sent once the deposit is paid.
Each style requires a $25 Deposit, its INCLUDED and NONREFUNDABLE. The deposit is for security purposes only but it is apart of the service that you are booking. The remainder is due in cash at time of appointment. Your deposit is only valid for your current appointment. If at the time, of your appointment, if you choose to add on any additional service(length, size change,LO-Closure etc.,) other than what you already booked. That deposit will be NONREFUNDABLE and you will need to schedule a NEW APPOINTMENT. Each appointment has a very specific time-frame and changing at the time of your appointment is a conflict with scheduling. Let’s avoid that, by following the guidelines and choosing these options during booking.
There will be a late fee applied if you are 10 or more minutes late. The late fee will be $20 and it will be added at the end of your service upon checkout. Anything 15 minutes or over is an automatic reschedule and the late fee rules do not apply. You would then, need to reach out as far as availability, during the remainder of that month; as far as that current deposit covers. Please be sure to be on time for ALL APPOINTMENTS.
Please be sure, that all arrangements are made prior to booking with me. Rescheduling is only optional 24 hours prior to your appointment. The deposit that you paid during booking is transferable.
Same- Day RESCHEDULING is considered a CANCELLATION and If you fail to follow the rescheduling guidelines. The deposit for your current appointment will be nonrefunable and a new deposit will be required to book again.
Example: If you are late,10-14 minutes late a $20 late fee will be applied, but if you are more than 10 minutes late it will be considered an automatic rescheduling appt., only if you reach out the same day ; prior to your appointment.
. NO CALL NO/NO SHOWS are considered canceled appointments and the deposit which you paid at booking is NONREFUNDABLE.

* YOU ARE ONLY ALLOWED TO RESCHEDULE ONE TIME. BEFORE A NEW DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED. THE CURRENT DEPOSIT WILL BE NONREFUNDABLE.
Please be sure all information is READ before booking or cancelling. DEPOSITS are NONREFUNDABLE. NO CALL/ NO SHOWS are considered canceled appointments.
*If you need to cancel, please go back to your confirmation email/text. To book again, a new deposit will be required and it will also be nonrefundable.
Braiding Instructions:Hair is INCLUDED with all braiding styles.
* You will be responsible for custom colors in all styling/Ombre aspects which is considered an add on. If the color is not listed; such as blue, red, platinum, orange etc., Please note that you will be responsible for that choice. If you are unsure of a particular brand, please use the contact listed.

-Please come with your hair shampoo, free of any chemicals or oils- failure to do so will result in a canceled appointment. Please do not leave in conditioner or oil of any sort.
-If your hair is thin in certain places, certain styles may vary. I will only recommend what I suggest, because not all styles can be a protection depending on hair-type. You are still eligible for booking, but time will need to be sorted and fair for all clients; mainly the ones booked around you. If you are unsure of a certain style, please use the contact listed.
Blow- outs are included with all STYLES. Please, do not attempt to blow out your own hair, the process will become more difficult and longer. The result will only be me doing the same process over. There will be an upcharge of $10 if you start this process and I have to redo it.
If your hair is too long for a certain style, one that you may have booked, please note there will be an upcharge for services; prices will vary depending on length and style. This rule applies to kids as well. Please note: If your child has to much hair for the service that you are booking - there will be an upcharge or they may be charged the adult price which comes at a flat rate.
* YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO CHANGE COLORS, LENGTH, OR STYLE THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT.

There is still a $25 deposit required, nonrefundable, and included to book for your child. Please see all rescheduling, booking, and canceling rules that apply:
Please only book for your child, if you know he/she will be cooperative. Please provide all necessary tools to keep your child cooperative and respectful. If your child cannot follow the instructions given during their time of the appointment; it will be canceled, and the deposit remains nonrefundable.
BLOW- OUTS are included with every STYLE, for every person; Relaxed and natural.
Clients will receive this service for every appointment.
*If your hair is wet, there will be an upcharge of $10 for a BLOW-DRY, the process for a blow out follows.
There is a difference between the two:
- Blow- outs are done to help with the longevity of a style, they are also done to help make the process easier, the hair is already in a natural, straight stage once this is done, this process allows the hair to be much more manageable.
- Blow drying the hair is simply making sure the hair is dry. Blowing it out follows.
Units include one SPANDEX dome cap, you are entitled to customization (frontal look, bleached knots) these are considered add-ons, please be sure to add before proceeding.
ALL UNITS REQUIRE A $50 DEPOSIT TO BEGIN CONSTRUCTION. The deposit has to be paid before the process begins.
* HAIR IS NOT INCLUDED. HAIR IS NOT ON HAND.
This style can be achieved with 3 bundles plus a closure or frontal. Please allow 3-5 (working) business days, not including weekends for construction, processing etc., .If you need a unit by a certain day/time, please text me (601)329-6768. Each unit is HAND-MADE.
